Dr. Allen Roberds received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, with Honors, from Texas Chiropractic College and completed a two year internship, with preceptorship, there.
Dr. Roberds is the recipient of the Proficiency in Clinical Procedures Award, the Excellence in Patient Care and Clinical Procedure Award, the Professional Excellence Award and a Special Award for Serving as Special Assistant to the Clinic Director from the faculty at Texas Chiropractic College.
Dr. Roberds is listed in Who's Who Among Colleges and Universities and is the recipient of the President's Award from the Tennessee Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Roberds' post graduate training consists of, among others, courses in Applied Spinal Impairment and Disbility Rating, Personal Injury and Biomechanics, Applied Kinesiology, Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Applied Spinal Biomechanical Engineering, Spinal Biophysics, Chiropractic Pediatrics, Chiropractic Hospital Protocol, Activator Technique, Motion Palpation, Contact Relfex Analysis, and Acupuncture. He is a Diplomate of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture and Certified in Contact Reflex Analysis and BioCranial System. He received Neurolinguistic Certification in a residence course at the University of Santa Cruz.
Before moving to Northwest Arkansas, Dr. Roberds served two terms as President of the Middle Tennessee Chiropractic Association and five years as Chair of the Public Education Council of the Tennessee Chiropractic Association. He is Founder and Host of the original syndicated radio program "Second Opinion" and Founder, Producer, Director and Host of "Stars for Chiropractic's Special Children's Gala and Benefit."
As a Health and Neurolinguistic Consultant, Instructor and Seminar Presenter, his clients have included; Doctor's Practice Consultants, Radio Corporation of America, Music Corporation of America, Sony Music, Vocational Education Conference, Middle Tennessee Psychological Association, Northwest Arkansas Psychological Group, and Arkansas Chiropractic Society. He also conducts Health and Neurolinguistic classes for his patients and clients.
Dr. Roberds is the author of "Answering Critics Through the Broadcast Media", "Operation Response-Able", Parts I and II, and "What Science". He has written "Second Opinion" for the West Nashville Digest, Nashville Scene, and the Ozark View.
